Two beautiful layers of black tulle over an a-line skirt featuring Black Roses, a Megan Salmon original print. The result is spectacular especially when worn back with our gustav camisole shirt.
The 2 outer layers of tulle give us the effect of a ballet tutu but without the bulk around the waist. The waistband features small side elastic for comfort.
